Qualifying benefits

The grant is available for properties where one of the occupiers is in receipt of any of the following:

1. Income based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) or
2. Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or
3. Income Support (IS) or
4. Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (PCGC) or
5. Working Tax Credit (WTC) or
6. Child Tax Credit (CTC) or
7. Universal Credit (UC) or
8. Housing Benefit or
9. Pension Credit Savings Credit (PCSC) or
10. Child Benefit, within the following income caps:

ECO4 Child Benefit income thresholds (before tax and National Insurance)

* The grant would cover the full cost of the installation for a two-bedroom mid-terrace property. Subject to survey. Contributions may be required for larger properties.
