“The confidence I had in Pioneer began from the first visit. Other companies were there for 10-15 minutes and provided an arbitrary figure. Whilst the Pioneer quote was higher there was no sense of hidden costs, or any nasty surprises. I also wanted a quality job done and was prepared to pay for the best finish. The system was fully explained, they were able to work through the intricacies and nuances of a period property, with period features that needed to be maintained.

My experience of using Pioneer was very good from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was first class. Full explanations were given for everything and recommendations made to improve the finished article, even where it resulted in lower costs, the opposite to normal supplier behaviour. The guys onsite were very pleasant, trustworthy and clearly very skilled in their craft. They also put in full day shifts, every single day to get the job done in as timely fashion as possible. It was as easy an experience as can be expected with that size of job. I could not recommend Pioneer more highly.

The work has hugely improved the appearance of the house with many local residents asking about what we had done. The house is now significantly warmer and I am absolutely convinced it will increase the value of the property.”
